• Preliminary Pricing Package for a High Rise Hotel and Condominium Building in Atlanta including a Conference Center, Fitness Center, Retail and Parking.
• Study for a 200 Key Hotel with interior carport and underground garage access as part of a Mixed Use Project in Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Adaptive Reuse Study and Pricing Package to convert an existing Metro Atlanta office building into a National three star Hotel Suite Brand Chain with Conference Center.
